Our Mission

H.O.P.E. — Health Opportunity for People Everywhere.

We believe that the body is designed to function well at every stage of life. Our focus is not simply on easing discomfort, but on identifying and correcting underlying issues that interfere with how the body moves, functions, and heals. Through chiropractic care, we help support proper alignment, nervous system function, and long-term wellness. Our goal is to help restore balance, improve function, and support the body so our patients can stay active, resilient, and healthy no matter what phase of life they are in.

What Services We Offer

Gentle, personalized chiropractic care for every stage of life, from infants to grandparents.

Chiropractor providing gentle spinal adjustment in Monroe, Washington

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care focuses on restoring and maintaining proper nervous system and body function by addressing misalignments and movement restrictions within the spine and joints. Because the nervous system controls how every organ, muscle, and system in the body communicates and functions, even small disruptions can impact overall health and performance. Through specific chiropractic adjustments and corrective care, the goal is to improve alignment, support clear nerve communication, and help the body function as it was designed. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, chiropractic care works to optimize structure, promote adaptability, and support long-term wellness so individuals can move, function, and live at their best.

Chiropractor adjusting patient's shoulder and extremity joints

Extremity Adjustments

Extremity chiropractic care focuses on restoring proper movement, alignment, and function to the joints outside of the spine, including the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. These joints play a critical role in balance, mobility, and overall body mechanics, and when they are restricted or misaligned, they can affect posture, movement patterns, and nervous system communication. Through precise adjustments and corrective techniques, extremity chiropractic care helps improve joint function, coordination, and stability, supporting the body's ability to move efficiently and perform daily activities with greater ease.

Chiropractor gently caring for a child in a family-friendly office

Pediatric Chiropractic Care

Pediatric chiropractic care focuses on supporting proper nervous system development and body function from infancy through adolescence. As children grow, their bodies experience physical stresses from birth, learning to move, play, sports, falls, and everyday activities that can influence alignment and movement patterns. Gentle, age-appropriate chiropractic adjustments are used to support spinal and joint function, promote healthy nerve communication, and encourage balanced development. Rather than focusing on symptoms, pediatric chiropractic care aims to support the body's natural ability to adapt, grow, and function optimally — helping children build a strong foundation for lifelong health and wellness.

Custom orthotics being fitted to support proper foot alignment

Custom Orthotics

Custom orthotics are designed to support proper foot alignment and movement, which play a foundational role in overall body mechanics and nervous system function. Because the feet influence posture, balance, and how force is absorbed and transferred through the body, imbalances at the foot level can contribute to compensations throughout the ankles, knees, hips, and spine. Custom orthotics are uniquely tailored to an individual's foot structure and movement patterns, helping to improve stability, alignment, and efficiency with every step. By supporting proper biomechanics from the ground up, custom orthotics complement chiropractic care and promote long-term function, comfort, and wellness.

McKenna

Office Manager · Chiropractic X-ray Technician Certified

I started working for Healthy Family Chiropractic in June of 2017. I am the office manager and have multiple 'positions'. I have had my Chiropractic X-ray Technician Certification since November of 2017 and continue to grow my radiology education every year. I love being a part of the Healthy Family Chiropractic team because we are constantly getting to see people’s lives changed and influenced by chiropractic care. It is a positive and uplifting work environment, and we get the opportunity to get to know each patient as an individual and hear about their story. My goal in working here is to be a positive light to those who come into our office and do my best to educate you on what chiropractic is truly about and how it can help get you back to true health and well-being. When I am not working, you will often find me spending time with my family and friends. A few of my favorite things to do are to play music with my husband and friends or worship team at church, go on walks with my golden doodle, dance, do something creative, or try something new. I enjoy road trips, spending quality time with my loved ones, and serving those around me!

Tracey Hamblin

Chiropractic Assistant

I began my journey at Healthy Family Chiropractic in early 2026 as a Chiropractic Assistant, but my connection to this practice goes back to 2019 when I became a regular patient. I have experienced remarkable relief from lower back and neck pain, which has fueled my passion for educating others about the benefits of chiropractic care and living an active lifestyle. I am a friendly and outgoing individual with a genuine interest in helping others achieve their health goals.

On weekends, I enjoy hiking with my husband and our dog, going camping, and spending time in the garden. During the off-season, I love to express my creativity through crafting and quilting, as well as cherishing moments with my family and friends.
